RULES hotel service and accommodation Mir Castle

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. These rules are based on the Law of the Republic of Belarus of 09.01.2002 № 90-W "On Protection of Consumers' Rights, the Act of 04.01.2010, № 105-Z" On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in the Republic of Belarus' Rules of hotel services in the Republic of Belarus, approved by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 07.04.2006, № 471 of the Rules of staying in hotels Republic of Belarus, approved by Decree of the Ministry of Housing and utilities of the Republic of Belarus of 17.05.2006, № 23 (as amended by Decree of the Ministry of housing and utilities of the Republic of Belarus of 10.12.2008 № 25), Rules of stay of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Republic of Belarus, approved by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 20.01.2006 № 73, and regulate relations between the Contractor - Hotel Mir Castle and consumers in the implementation of hotel services, as well as set the rules of hotel accommodation Mir Castle.
2. In these Rules, the following terms: hotel-property complex that meets the requirements of technical regulations, in which the hotel services; Administration - legal entity engaged in hotel services; Client - a legal entity or individual orders and (or) use the services. Hotel services - services provided by the Administration on the proposal of the room (bed room) for a temporary stay of natural persons, as well as additional services (hereinafter - services); additional services - catering services, communications, consumer, sports, tourism and other services provided by the Administration on paid and (or) free of charge in accordance with the law.
2.1. Regulations govern the relations between the Administration and the Client in the implementation of hotel service.
3. Hotel service is carried out on the basis of a public contract, a contract concluded in writing.
4. These Rules and Regulations of hotel services in the Republic of Belarus, the list of services, fee schedule, information about the form and procedure of payment for services of the Partners of the hotel, providing extra services are at the information booth of the reception of clients in the lobby 1 floor of the hotel.
5. These Regulations are available on the official website of the Institution "Museum" Castle Complex "Mir".
6. The rules of hotel accommodation, as well as fire safety rules and information about the services offered to the consumer are in the lobby, one floor of the hotel.
7. Employees of the hotel are badges indicating the position, surname, name.
8. Book of comments and suggestions is the administrator of the hotel in the lobby, 1st floor.
II. Hotel amenities
1. GRANT OF ROOM FOR TEMPORARY ACCOMMODATION
1.1. The hotel is designed for temporary accommodation of guests for a period of time agreed with the management of the hotel.
1.2. The deadline for which is issued at the same time stay in the hotel - 30 days.
1.3. Registration of guests arriving to the hotel and retired from it around the clock.
1.3.1. Official check-in time between 14:00 and 19:00, departure - 12:00.
1.4. Book your room.
1.4.1. The consumer has the right to reserve a room, upon application no earlier than 90 days and no later than two hours prior to arrival, unless otherwise provided by the contract.
1.4.2. Validity armor ends at 19 pm on arrival, if the booking otherwise specified time.
1.4.3. Reservation fee will be charged.
1.5. Registration of residence.
1.5.1. In the presence of the hotel availability Resident has the right to hold any number of categories with full payment of all places.
1.5.2. For registration of the guest accommodation, a citizen of the Republic of Belarus, presents an identity document, and in his absence - one of the following documents: a certificate prescribed form issued in case of loss of citizen passport of the Republic of Belarus, military ID (for conscripts), driver's license Republic of Belarus, a birth certificate for children under the age of fourteen, and fill in the registration card. Allowed to fill the registration card receptionist on the basis of data provided by the guest, followed by the signing of its guests.
1.5.3. For registration of residence lodger who is a foreign national or a stateless person shall present a passport, migration card and health insurance.
1.5.4. When making a living receptionist gives the consumer (lodger) a check account, skip to the hotel, introduces him to the policies and fire safety in the hotel.
Guests who are foreign citizens and persons without citizenship, further explains the conditions for registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons, followed by their registration with putting the registration mark in the migration card.
1.5.5. In the case of full payment of a double room and if space is available at the request of the shares, the consumer may be paid in one of the guest room design living in the manner prescribed by these Rules.
1.5.6. At the request of the guest in the room can be given an extra seat (for children up to 16 years) to stay with payment according to the price list (settlement on the extra bed) and registration of residence in the manner prescribed by these Rules.
1.5.7. At the end of the agreed period of residence lodger must vacate the room. Travellers wishing to extend the accommodation, report it to the reception no later than 2 hours before the end of the stay. If the room is booked by others, the extension of stay in this room can be denied.
1.6. The consumer and the hotel has the right to conclude a contract in writing, defining other conditions of service. In this case, the provisions of this Regulation shall apply to the extent not inconsistent with the terms of the contract.
1.7. Hotel amenities guests who are intoxicated or condition caused by the consumption of drugs, is not carried out.
2. ADDITIONAL SERVICES
2.1. Hotel guests are provided with additional services, the cost of which is included in the room rates:
- Services of the reception;
- Luggage, at the request of the guest (done / to the elevator in the lobby of the 1st floor);
- Delivery of correspondence;
- Providing tourist information;
- The call "ambulance", the use of first-aid kit;
- Parking of vehicles (reservation is not needed);
- Storage of valuables in the safe room;
- Use of a hairdryer;
- WI-FI;
as well as hygiene kits.
2.2. The hotel provides additional services for a fee:
- Breakfast in the restaurant;
- Sales of consumer goods;
- Sauna;
2.3. Additional amenities Partner Hotel Mir Castle:
- Restaurant.
3. Payment for hotel service
3.1. Payment for accommodation and services provided by the Administration may be in cash, by bank transfer and credit cards in Belarusian rubles.
3.2. And charged by the day or fully prepaid, according to the price list. The client is obliged to make the final payment for the services rendered to him during the eviction.
3.3. Payment for accommodation is made by the consumer on a prepayment of 50% of the room for the first night. The remaining amount is payable on arrival at the hotel.
3.3.1. In case of cancellation of a hotel room, or not settling the Client due to timing Administration reserves the prepayment by way of penalty, according to para. 3.3.2.
3.3.2. In case of cancellation, no arrival Client penalties equal to 50% of the room as part of the compensation for the simple numbers.
3.4. For stays of less than one day will be charged per day.
3.5. If you stay more than one day will be charged in the following order:
- Upon arrival to checkout time (from 0 to 12) and charged for half a day;
- In the case of departure the client after check-out time within 12 hours will be charged for half a day, and from 12 to 24 hours - for a full day.
3.6. Accommodation payment by bank transfer is carried out on the basis of the accounts and (or) signed an agreement with the consumer. Payment for accommodation should go to the account of the hotel no later than 2 (two) days prior to arrival, unless otherwise provided by the contract. Within three days after leaving the hotel the customer is sent by mail (by fax), invoice, payment and acceptance certificate in duplicate. The final settlements between the Administration and the client made no later than 3 business days from the date of departure.
3.6.1. Customers who are natural persons engaged in fees by paying cash to the cashier Institutions "Museum" Castle Complex "Mir" or bank transfer through the calculation.
3.7. Not charged:
- Accommodation for children up to 8 years, provided their location with their parents (guardians) in the same room without an extra bed in the room;
- Sharing a flat with a paid guest room.
3.8. Providing guests with extra services carried out after the payment according to the price list.
III. RULES hotel accommodation
1. Check the guest in the room is carried out after the payment.
2. Log in to the hotel guests and the removal of personal belongings from the hotel made a pass.
3. At the end of the period of residence surrender room maid.
4. At the invitation of the guest, and with the knowledge of hotel management allowed finding the invited persons in the room from 07:00 to 23:00 hours. To enter the hotel invited person must present identification document administrator. Hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to the hotel invited persons who are intoxicated or condition caused by the consumption of drugs.
Resident is responsible for timely care invitees.
To find the invited person in the room after 23 hours (subject to availability) should be issued his hotel accommodation in the manner prescribed by these Rules.
5. lodgers and invited persons should: take care of the property, equipment hotels, observe cleanliness and order, rules of living in a hotel fire safety rules, the rules of public order.
6. For the guests in the hotel is unacceptable:
- Parking of vehicles at the entrance to the courtyard of the complex;
- Inconvenience and disturb other guests at the hotel;
- Leave room in his absence by unauthorized persons, and send them to pass and room key;
- Smoking and smoking allowed by the invited persons in the room, as well as in places not intended for smoking;
- Store Room bulky items, weapons, toxic or flammable substances and materials;
- To keep in the room of animals and birds;
- Throw out through the window of room trash (bottles, cigarette butts, etc.).
7. For your safety and the safety of property guests should:
- Leaving the room to close the intake valves, balcony doors and windows, turn off the lights, TV, close the door of the hotel and take the keys to the room administrator;
- For storing valuables, securities and money to take advantage of in-room safe;
- Do not use the in-room kettle, iron and other electric heaters;
- Become familiar with the evacuation plan and a reminder to residents of the action in the event of a fire.
8. Hotel in case of forgotten things take measures to return them to the owner, according to the Rules for the Treatment of forgotten things, working in hotel Mir Castle.
IV. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES
1. Resident (the consumer) is entitled to:
1.1. use the services provided by the hotel without any intervention from the hotel or other persons claiming to act on behalf or on behalf of the hotel;
1.2. in case of violation of the timing of the hotel services under the contract or the booking number to cancel the contract or change a reservation request;
1.3. when deficiencies are identified services for the choice:
- Free elimination of deficiencies;
- A corresponding reduction in payment for services;
- Equivalent replacement services.
2. Resident incurred by the responsibility for:
- Damage and loss of their property and reimburse the cost of the hotel damage in market prices valid at the time of residence;
- Loss of brass keyring with flat-sided engraved on the number and pay a fine of 3 base units established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus;
- For non-payment (late) payment for services;
- Violation of fire safety, sanitary norms, rules of public order.
3. The hotel shall be entitled to:
3.1. provide a number of consumer without pre-payment in the period from 17:00 to 10:00, subject to payment of the accommodation to check-out time if he has at the time of registration of residence are available only cash in foreign currency, and there is no possibility of converting them to pay for services. In this case, when placing the customer handed out a preliminary bill that the subsequent payment is exchanged for an account and check;
3.2. in the case of repeated or flagrant violation of the consumer (the guest) of the Rules of hotel accommodation to terminate the service agreement and evict him from the hotel;
4. The hotel is responsible for:
- Injury to life or health of guests due to the shortcomings in the provision of hotel services.
5. The hotel is not responsible for the operation of urban services (emergency shutdown of electricity and heat, water), transport, etc.
6. In the event of a hotel of this Regulation, consumer protection is carried out in accordance with the applicable legislation.
7. For the quality and timeliness of service delivery partners of the responsibility of the hotel Hotel Partners.
8. In order to ensure the safety of the hotel, the quality control services in the halls and corridors of the hotel has video surveillance.
9. If in the prescribed manner on the territory of the Republic of Belarus enacted regulations that provide for different rules of hotel service and accommodation, then this Regulation shall apply to the extent not inconsistent with these regulations.
10. These rules apply to the adoption of the new rules.
These rules are approved by January 5, 2015.
