Thematic excursion "Travel in time"

At the request of museum visitors, thematic excursions for primary school children and family groups "Travel in time" (Northern Building of Mir Castle) will be held every Saturday and Sunday by appointment.

It’s a fascinating immersion into the past, during which children, thinking, fantasizing, showing their creative abilities, will be able to make many big and small discoveries for themselves. They will get unforgettable impressions when they hear the dialogue between the builders of the Mir Castle, which was “preserved” by 500-year-old walls, and the dialogue between the cook and the cook, during which the secrets of making some sweets for children in those distant times are revealed. "Sounds and Voices from the Past" will help you easily immerse yourself in the world of music through long-forgotten melodies, learn to distinguish musical instruments such as duda, lute, viola da gamba and spinet by sound. There is also an opportunity to learn one of the medieval dances called "Marazulya".
