Corruption is one of the main threats of the country's national security. It threatens the supremacy of the law and human rights, is a serious barrier to the healthy development of society and undermines its moral principles, confidence in power, prevents competition, complicates economic and social transformations, expands the sector of the shadow economy and reduces tax revenues to the budget. For this reason, the effective opposition of corruption, the fight against it is determined by the concept of national security of the Republic of Belarus, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated November 9, 2010 No. 575, as a priority direction of state activity.
The main regulatory legal acts of combating corruption are the laws of the Republic of Belarus “On Combating Corruption”, “On the State Service in the Republic of Belarus”, a typical provision on the Corruption Commission, approved by the Decree of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated December 26, 2011 No. 1732.
The museum has formed a commission for combating corruption, the main tasks of which are the timely determination of corruption risks and measures for their neutralization, they are formed, Development and organization of measures to counteract corruption.
As part of preventive measures, work is underway to improve the qualifications of members of the Commission for State Procurement of Goods (Work, Services) and Procurement of Products (Work, Services) at the expense of their own funds, training seminars with the participation of representatives of other state bodies.
