The Mir Castle Complex announces a contest for the best design of the entrance ticket for the first time.

The Mir Castle Complex announces the beginning of the contest for the best design of the entrance ticket to The Mir Castle Complex Museum together with the restaurant of the Belarusian cuisine Knyazheskiy dvor.

Everyone under 18 years of age can take part in the competition.

Applications for participation and  providing the works are accepted from September 1 to September 30, 2018. The participants will have the opportunity to compete for two prizes: The main prize is a reward of 1,000 Belarusian rubles and the Audience Choice Award ( the library of the printed editions of the museum).

Evaluation of works will be held from 1 to 15 October 2018.

The main criterion for evaluation is the originality of a graphic, design or constructive solution that motivates the visitor to save the entrance ticket as a memorable souvenir to visit the Mir Castle, since Mir Castle Complex is a unique cultural and historical object of the Republic of Belarus was included into the UNESCO as the World Heritage Site.

The jury consists of famous Belarusian designers, photo artists and representatives of the PR-community.

During the contest, it is allowed for the participants to take photographs of the interior of the museum and exhibits of the permanent exposition for free.

The design of the winner's ticket is planned to be used within five calendar years. Logos in the AI, EPS format and the application form you can  download here.
